Our Founder
Nicole Carey, PhD, is a social scientist and organizational strategist based in Indianapolis. She is the founder of Convergence Global, a research and strategy consulting firm; JUST Community Inc., a nonprofit focused on community-rooted wellness; and Anda Spanish, a platform for immersive language and cultural learning.
Nicole applies systems thinking, design methodologies, and grounded research to help organizations navigate complexity and make informed decisions. Her work centers on building practical strategies that create clarity, foster connection, and unlock sustainable results. As a member of the Indianapolis Public School Board for District 5 and a mother of five, she brings both lived experience and analytical depth to her leadership—focused on shaping spaces where people can thrive and lead with purpose.
