What is the Indy Collective Leadership Circle Fellowship?

Applications are now open for Cohort 4 of the Indy Collective Leadership Circle (ICLC)—a high-impact leadership development program designed to equip executive leaders, managers, and emerging change agents with the tools, strategies, and networks to lead with clarity, courage, and connection.

Unlike traditional leadership programs, ICLC is immersive and practical. It integrates actionable frameworks to address misalignment, build trust, and improve decision-making. Leaders apply what they learn to real-world challenges, transforming how they lead and how their organizations operate.

Who Should Apply?

The fellowship is designed for:

Executive Leaders: Senior decision-makers seeking to strengthen their ability to navigate complexity and lead with strategy and empathy.

Emerging Leaders: High-potential professionals looking to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive change from within their organizations.

Mission-Driven Innovators: Leaders across sectors eager to lead with intention and implement real change.

Whether you’re leading a department, a company, or a grassroots effort, this program will sharpen your strategy and strengthen your impact.

Why This Fellowship?

At the core of the fellowship are four interconnected pillars that distinguish it from other programs:

1. Data-Informed Strategy: Leaders are taught to collect and analyze meaningful data to identify root causes and improve decision-making.

2. Education and Professional Development: Customized learning arcs address skill gaps, enabling leaders to execute strategies with confidence and competence.

3. Leadership Empowerment: Participants are equipped with the confidence and tools to align teams, lead conversations, and drive initiatives.

4. People-Centered Practice: Strengthen relational leadership and cultivate environments where people thrive.

Testimonial

The Indy Equity Coaching sessions has assisted me in gaining valuable insight on how we think of ourselves as SMALL people in our communities/ work spaces , however we have a opportunity and obligation to make BIG impact be it good or bad…but leading in love, truth, trust, justice and good intention while maybe uncomfortable will always find victory. Coaching has been very impactful for me as it has helped me to stay on task, it has helped me find my own voice in leadership and provided me the support to trust myself. Coaching provided a compass to assist me in finding my way and staying the course and for that I am forever grateful!!

Coaching others well looks like asking questions, giving think time, and letting others (us) process.  It also looks like operating from a point of view that we are the experts on our situation. It also has provided confidence and a feeling of strength in our work. In a practical sense, having the coaching sessions helps provide somewhat of a timeline that works to help keep us on track.  It has also been a place for us to process and receive validation as well as questions to ponder.  It is incredibly helpful for someone not “in the weeds” to look at our plans
